The honest questions.
Is there a free trial?
30 days on every plan. You enter your card at checkout but can cancel any time during the trial — you won't be billed.
What counts as a scan?
Every successful resolution of a dynamic QR — the redirect lookup. Blocked scans (out of geofence or schedule) are logged but do not count against your quota.
Where is my data hosted?
EU only — Ireland region. We never replicate scan metadata outside the EU. SOC-2 Type II.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime. Prorated to the day, no contract lock-in.
What happens if I exceed my scan quota?
Codes keep resolving. We email you at 80% of your monthly quota so you have time to upgrade. Overages are charged at your plan's published rate, capped monthly.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — switch the toggle above the plans. Annual saves about 17% versus paying monthly.
Enterprise, procurement, custom MSAs?
